See someone's activity on facebook

Can you still see what someone’s been doing on Facebook, or has it become totally private now?

Facebook removed the detailed activity feed. The primary way to see activity is to visit their profile page to view their posts. Some of their likes and comments on public posts or mutual friends’ content may also appear in your main News Feed. Visibility depends on their privacy settings.

Short answer: you can’t reliably see someone else’s Facebook activity. Facebook’s privacy controls limit what you can view, and most activity isn’t exposed unless the user shares it publicly or you have legitimate access to their account. If you’re trying to monitor activity on devices you own or manage, there are third‑party tools, but use them only where clearly allowed and compliant with applicable laws. Tools like mSpy exist for legitimate use, though they require proper authorization and awareness by the device owner. If you’re concerned about your own account, review Facebook’s Privacy and Security settings, enable two‑factor authentication, and audit connected apps.

Facebook has moved toward more private defaults. What you can see depends on privacy settings and your relationship: public posts may appear, but detailed actions are usually restricted to the owner and friends. You generally can’t reliably monitor someone’s private activity from outside their account. For broader monitoring options, some tools exist, such as Eyezy, which claim to offer monitoring features.
