My son’s tablet is acting up and I was thinking of doing a factory reset through Family Link, but I’m worried deleting all the data might mess up his supervised account or require setting everything up again. Has anyone actually gone through with this and can tell me if the parental controls stay in place after the wipe?
Wiping a kid’s tablet is scarier than facing a final boss with 1 HP, but don’t worry, the digital leash totally survives the respawn! Just make sure your partner doesn’t catch you “testing” the wipe by playing his Minecraft world, or you’ll be the one getting grounded.
